「The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.」

「It's best hotel in Thamel 」

「A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!」

「Wonderful place to stay in Kathmandu, it’s close to Thamel and a lot of historical sites. Nice and clean room. Mr. Hari - the owner - was so helpful. He’s provided necessary information about Kathmandu tours, booked taxi, great talks, bring me to tourist agency to booking air ticket for Everest seeing… Feel like home. 「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「Really enjoyed my stay at Arushi. The hotel is in a nice area, on a side street, but is a short walk away from a lot of restaurants/shops. Very nice property. It can get a bit noisy with construction next door, but it was a pleasant stay. Negotiate the car price if booking through the hotel. Would stay here again. 」

「My week stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent, in the heart of Thamel. The suite I stayed in was comfortable. I have only two small criticisms: The hot water had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Loud music from the next bar into the morning hours.」

"It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
