"Beautiful property all around! Plenty of activities on property. Great food at the on property Atlantic's Edge Restaurant. Beautiful 'beach' but it's not especially sandy at all. Poor daily room refresh, may or may not complete the process. Leaky above counter sink, bugs in room (both dead and alive), glasses left on walkway outside our 3 floor room (a few got broken and broken glass left all over), vacuum cleaner left in elevator daily. "Great access to the joint hotels by water taxi with access to all the resort entertainment and outdoor activities. We enjoyed kayaking and the pools every day. Downsides: very slow service at the bars and restaurants mainly because not enough workers. At the bar it was almost like they are doing you a favor serve you, picking and choosing who they want to serve first. The bathrooms have nice lights but toilets were badly maintained. "

"The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the desk attendant was surly and did not replace burned out lightbulbs in our room. The description of the property was misleading in that it said the room was “creekside“ when in fact, the entryway and large window was originally intended to face the highway."

"PROS: Staff was very helpful. Bikes and kayaks on site can use free of charge. No undisclosed "resort fees". Spacious room. Gorgeous sunset view. Nice restaurant/bar on site. CONS: Room was across the street from the actual resort and had to cross a highway to get there. That is disclosed, but isn't particularly pleasant or relaxing. Noise of the traffic is pretty loud. OVERALL: Would recommend for a night or two on a drive up or down from Miami to Key West, makes a nice halfway point,...
