The hotel is nicely situated. Close to breweries and good restaurants. The room is very spacious. It is quiet and has great parking.

The first room we have been assigned has a very strong smell of mold. Front desk staff kept saying they were sold out on that night and could not help to gave us another room. After we kept addressing mold issue, he finally found a room in a different building for us. It seems to be a newer renovation and at least has no mold concern.

I liked the offered boat rentals and jet ski rentals on site as well although there was a mixup with the jet ski rental so were unable to use. The rooms were ok, weren’t in them much, appreciated the big sink. Would stay again

The view and staff were great. If owned this resort, I would do these simple things right away to equate the price per night to what one would expect for an experience there or anywhere else at that same price: Put at least one chair and mirror (outside the bathroom) in the non-suite rooms Sweep and mop the room floors often Deep clean the bathrooms Clean the elevator floor and mat daily Remove broken furniture (luggage stand) in the room If you offer an iron in each room, provide an ironing board and more than two hangers Shelving and hooks in bathroom Upgrade the brands of in-room K-cups Upgrade breakfast in lobby with high-end coffee machine and maybe pastries from a local bakery Install a filtered water dispenser near ice machine Upgrade quality of towels Consider on-site laundry facilities

Our room had vinyl floors, separated all over the place. Bathroom door, rusted and bent at bottom. Mattress has not been replaced for a very long time. Water pressure non existent in shower. No one was at desk any time we came in, had to wait for them to come out from the back. Extremely disappointed. Paid an outrageous price for a bad experience

We literally had to wait hours for pool towels. We had no toilet paper in the room and when we called and asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out bed, they made my husband go down to the front to get them … in fact he is there now and has been gone a while. Would not recommend

I booked a villa for 3 adults. I slept on the pull out sofa. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out sofa. The phone in the room did not work so I had to go to the lobby. When I went to the lobby, I was given sheets and a blanket but told there were no extra pillows. I understand it was off season but there seemed to be limited staff onsite. Also, for anyone looking at the villas, there is no door to the bedroom so there is a lack of privacy. It is a nice space for a couple or maybe a family with children but be aware of the privacy. Sounds from the bedroom are heard throughout the unit. There is a kitchenette but no utensils plates etc. There is a BBQ to use in the courtyard but hard to use with no utensils unless you bring your own. Also BBQ is charcoal so you need to bring your own. Facility indicates kayaks and paddle boards to use and fees charged for this and beach use. There were only 2 paddle boards which I did not see until the morning That I checked out. There were 3 kayaks but one had a hole in the bottom and couldn't be used for more than a few minutes as it filled with water. Guests did not adhere to signing the equipment out as there was no sigh indicating a need to do so. Facility is dog friendly and had a doggie poo bag station.
