"Amazing. I will be back. Literally a 5 star experience walking distance to the most beautiful area in Kyoto. Very easy to access anything you want; food, shopping, shrines, metro and trains. The staff couldn’t be more kind always arranging taxis or giving suggestions of where to go and eat etc.. I was sad to leave this hotel. That doesn’t happen very often in traveling. "Amazing property. Good free laundry and complimentary drinks in the minibar. Two things to improve: #1the room location, my room was in the first floor and barely didn’t have light #2 no daily housekeeping. The purpose of staying at a hotel is to be removed from your daily chores, that’s why you pay for a hotel instead of an apartment. There wasn’t an option for on request neither. Only housekeeping after 3 nights. I don’t want to change my sheets but I would appreciate to have my bed tidy up."

"Our stay in Kyoto at the Resi Stay was wonderful. We were able to send some of our luggage ahead, and it was waiting for us at the check-in counter across the street from the train station, which is where you check in. We stayed in 1F and it was huge and very quiet, and it had laundry. We loved exploring Kyoto from this location, as it's so close to a very cute part. We only wish we made a better plan for seeing the rest of Kyoto. It's big and spread out. "
