「It was a great property to stay. Be aware that one of the bathrooms off the master does not have a solid or shaded door for privacy off the toilet. Also. No safe for locking up valuables. No washer and dryer. Let me be clear we found it safe and secure. They require the wrist bands so be aware that you have to return all of the bands at the end of your stay to the front desk. We almost threw them out. A hack when you arive is to ask for them to be placed on your wrist loosely so you can...

「Great experience overall, the only thing is that we left the window open for a little and got so many ants in the apartment. Overall, enough tapestry in the kitchen, good fridge, definitely enough space for a three person comfortable stay, good bathroom and nice balcony. I wish the balcony actually had a table and some chairs though.」

「Communication was great right from the get go. Property was just as described. Ac and rooftop pool were a plus. Only rated the area around Porto Blu a 3 because of all the construction going on. Our building was however very quiet. It's in walking distance to everything on port side and a short trip by shuttle van to the other side. Would highly recommend. 」

「It's a very pretty condohotel on 1st Av, only a 1 minute walk to everything. Nightclub next door will be heard at night, but not overwhelming. Rooms are very small, but nicely furnished and very livable for short stays. But don't plan anything very long in an approx. 400 sq ft 1 bdrm unit.」

「Not sure how Expedia can advertise a property like this one! It’s outdated and dirty; there is not value for money. There is no registration of guests, no cleaning of rooms and I had to chase the only employee for clean towels. I expect Expedia will reimburse me for the nights I had to stay at a different hotel. Very disappointed! 」

「Casa Sonoma is managed by Abbey del Sol - a bit confusing to get our driver to drop us there. Other than that, we had a great time, very clean, away from the downtown but very safe and walkable. Great restaurants nearby - clean pool for the hot afternoons. 」

「All Ritmo was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly. Good was great. Jesus at the kids water park took great care of us. Thanks Jesus. Kept the drinks flowing while kids played. We would definitely come back to All Ritmo again. If you like small and intimate this is the place. 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
