「I appreciated the welcome call I received from the staff, guiding me to find the hotel, which was nice and easy. I did have to wait outside a little, as the instructions on how to enter aren’t quite that easy to understand, but only a couple of minutes and I was greeted. I was shown to my room, which was fine for one night. I slept really well, the room was nice and warm and the bed was fine. There was a nice hot shower and decent bathroom. 「Second time we have stayed at The Plume travelling to/from Cornwall. It is a lovely, comfortable & homely hotel. However, the absolute bonus is their restaurant, the food (small plates/tapas) is excellent, as are the cocktails and wine list. It’s a shame it is not near our home as we would be very regular visitors!」
