「Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area! Just a lovely stay all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area.」

「We’ve stayed at the Crossways several times over the past 5 years and have ALWAYS had a pleasant stay however, on this occasion although the accommodation was the usual high standard the food in the restaurant was very poor, we did mention this so the staff were aware, the food was poorly presented and quite chewy (I’m particularly talking about the lasagne) the gluten free options for my mother were limited (no gf bread/bun) they used do amazing chunky chips but are now soggy fries, I’m not...

「We only spent one night here but our room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was a good choice for breakfast and the staff were all friendly. We would definitely stay again and felt it was great value for the standard. We stayed in a courtyard room but the outside was not really in use at this time of year so cannot comment on any noise」

「The food in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding such a lovely venue and friendly staff, the rooms were beautifully presented however being such an old building it wasn’t noise proof so we could every movement during the night with squeaky floorboards and doors being banged, would stay again though.」
