Great resort with brilliant food and drink. Just a shame I booked a room with a pool to find I was sharing the pool with families with children. I assumed booking adults on resort really meant all the way throughout the resort. Staff on the front desk aren’t very helpful as they don’t explain facilities well ect and booking restaurants.

Definitely not an adults only hotel as I saw a few kids and even a crying new born. House keeping was not good at all. Bed was never properly made, shower gel ran out, a glass I got from the bar on the first night of my stay remained in the room until the end of my stay. Room never felt fresh when returning after house keeping had attending. House keeping sometimes did not come until after 3pm. We left, went in a boat trip and came back and the room still hadn’t been cleaned or tidied with fresh towels which as you can imagine is quite annoying. When checking out, no one offered to collect our bags. No irons in room and you had to pay per item, if you called in the morning and wanted to get your items back by evening you had to pay extra for express service. Around the pool no one comes to ask for your orders. You have to go to the bar yourself. We opted for half board. What they fail to tell you is that you can only eat at (Fanes) one restaurant but you have to pay for your own drinks (including juices and soft drinks) at dinner. if you want to eat at the reservation restaurants you get a credit of €20 to spend which doesn’t cover much. There doesn’t seem to be enough parking. We had to park on the side of the buildings almost every night. Food options are okay. But could be better. A lot of things missing from this hotel that doesn’t reflect 5 star. Which is unfortunate considering the hotel was not cheap.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a fantastic stay at Elissa Adults Only Lifestyle Resort. The hotel is stunning, with clean, well-maintained facilities and beautiful views. The staff were very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We enjoyed the variety of pools, never having trouble finding available sun loungers. The night bar was a great spot to unwind with excellent musicians, although service was sometimes slow. Dining at the sushi restaurant for a birthday celebration was a highlight, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. While the hotel’s food and drinks are on the expensive side, renting a car allowed us to explore and dine in the charming old town, just a 10-minute drive away. The old town’s bustling atmosphere, with plenty of dining and shopping options, was a delightful contrast to the quieter hotel surroundings. A visit to Lindos and the Acropolis, a 50-minute drive, is highly recommended. Despite a couple of minor issues with pool cleanliness and late check-out arrangements, our stay at Elissa was enjoyable. For those who like to explore, bed and breakfast with a car rental is the way to go.

Wir waren eine Woche im Elissa Adults Only Resort und waren absolut begeistert. Wir hatten uns auf eine Woche Entspannung und leckeres, hochwertiges Essen gefreut und genau das haben wir auch bekommen. Die Gesamte Hotelanlage ist übersichtlich, sehr neu und daher auch sehr sauber. Bei der Buchung hatten wir keine Bewertungen anderer Gäste gelesen, welche wohl auf Grund der Neubaumaßnahmen 2022 eher schlecht waren. Hiervon war bei unserem Aufenthalt 06/2023 nicht mehr zu merken. Das gesamte Resort ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Alles wirkt hochwertig. Alle Angestellten waren stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Grund eines Buchungsfehlers bei Expedia wurden wir für eine Nacht in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht. Wir haben von Elissa als Entschuldigung ein Upgrade zu Ellavated Bliss (All Inclusive) erhalten- Das würden wir definitiv allen Empfehlen. Der Aufpreis ist zwar regulär deutlich im Vergleich zur Halbpension, jedoch sind dann sämtliche Speisen, Getränke, Cocktails alle a La Carte Restaurants und Snackbars enthalten. Die Restaurant bieten allesamt eine hochwertige, abwechslungsreiche und sehr leckere Küche, welche jedoch ohne All Inclusive relativ teuer wären. Alles in allem würden wir sofort wieder eine Woche im Elissa buchen! Es war pure Entspannung.

Die Atmosphäre und Sauberkeit des Resorts sind hervorragend, und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Unannehmlichkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben: Verfügbarkeit von Speisen: Im Restaurant Fourni waren sowohl der Tuna Tataki als auch das Filetsteak nicht verfügbar, und später gab es auch keinen Ribeye-Steak mehr. In einem Steakhouse sollte das nicht vorkommen. Frühstück: Es war nicht möglich, ein größeres Glas für Wasser zu bekommen, was bedeutete, dass man häufig nachfüllen musste. Street Food Hub: Das Essen war von schlechter Qualität und überteuert. Zimmerreinigung: Die Zimmer wurden nie gesaugt, was bei einem Strandhotel wichtig ist, um den Sand zu entfernen. Die Reinigung erfolgte oft spät am Nachmittag, was unpraktisch war, wenn man sich für das Abendessen fertig machen wollte. Das Vanity-Set fehlte wiederholt, und die gebrauchten Gläser wurden nicht ausgetauscht sondern einfach wieder umgedreht hingestellt. Duschen am Pool und Strand: Es gab nur wenige Duschen, was zu langen Wegzeiten führte. Lärm: Die Verbindungstüren in den Zimmern sorgten dafür, dass wir die Nachbarn deutlich hören konnten, obwohl sie nicht laut waren. Fitnesscenter: Das Fitnesscenter war für die Größe des Resorts zu klein. Kundenservice:Trotz mehrmaliger Meldung unserer Probleme schien es, als würden sie nicht effektiv weitergeleitet oder gelöst werden Erst nach einer längeren E-Mail wurde Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und ein Entgegenkommen besprochen.

Very nice resort, loved the room and the facilities. Food was also great, just would be better to have a little more than 20 euros allowance for the al carte restaurants for half board people. But otherwise 9/10 definitely recommend.

Es ist eine wunderbare Anlage, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Die Pools sind wunderbar und auch der Strand ist sehr sauber. Es gibt immer freie Liegen Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A nice resort with spacious rooms. We liked the concept of the separate zones with a few rooms around a pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and pool areas were slightly lacking, for example the mirror was dirty upon arrival (someone had been putting their sun cream on and sprayed it on there), also there was a tissue stuffed in a door handle, shower gel was empty, no tv remote, amongst other small things that you wouldn’t expect. The pools themselves were clean but a couple of sunloungers were damaged and the beans from them were spilling everywhere and empty drinks were often not cleared all day. It was also very slow to get a coffee in the mornings at breakfast. The resort is quiet, which we enjoyed but we did have a hire car so that we could visit Lindos/Rhodes and beaches and although we saw bus stops I think a hire car would be necessary to reach most places. Overall the complex is nice, the gardens are nice, the breakfast was nice, the rooms are spacious and it was fine for a 4 night break. We went in May and so it was a very good deal but I’m not sure I would want to pay peak prices for my stay.
