「Decent hotel - friendly staff, good fun, decent rooms, car park, can’t moan 」

「This was better and cheaper than a boring Premier Inn. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a change from the Purple Palace. Free parking near to the entrance. The food was nice at the restaurant, and the staff are lovely. The room was nice and big. Like most places, the drinks are quite expensive, £3 for a medium sized lemonade. £5.50 for a pint of lager. 」

「Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.」

「cancel my booking without notice checkin at 12p and asked me to come after4pm arrived at 4p and told me the booking has been cancelled bad experience 」

「Nice hotel in nice surroundings. The bed was soft but that is personal preference. The room was clean and big. Friendly staff. Good for a few days. Though I would get breakfast somewhere else as I found the full English bacon dry and the amount of food for the price compared to other hotels is a bit over priced. 」

「The hotel was very modern, clean, tidy and comfortable - everything we wanted for a city break. However the stand out for us was the customer service I received from one staff member in particular. I'm so very sorry I didn't catch his name but he was the Guest Experience Manager at the hotel. When I got home from our overnight stay I discovered I'd left a brand new (and quite expensive) pair of jeans in the wardrobe in our room. I made a call to the hotel and spoke to their Guest Experience...

「New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕」
