「nice room 」

「Was a fleeting visit but the house was clean and easy to access. We all slept well and left the following day. 」

「Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. I tried contacting the property through email and calling the number provided, which I didn’t hear from the property. Expedia had to contact the property when I couldn’t reach them. 「I stay here regularly and always have a very comfortable sleep, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space, adjustable heating and a rather confusing TV remote! water is hot, beds are comfy, bottles of water and tea of coffee in the room but sadly no decaffeinated coffee. Good breakfast, great choice, made fresh, though do object to the cleaner mopping the floor during breakfast service making the floor very slippery (a worry for someone who has just had recent hip replacements) I have mentioned...

「Great location right in the centre of Chester, close to restaurants, the Rows and shops. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet my room was even though it overlooked Pepper Street which is a busy road- I didn’t hear any traffic at all. 」
