「One very creaky elevator with ratty carpet worked. We were told the other had been out of service for months. Cleaners knocked on our door before 8am and were grousing to each other in elevator about short staff and needing to clean 20 rooms- not exactly a “Bonvoy” experience.」

「There was never any hot water when we showered. It was always warm but never hot. We took showers in the evening and in the morning and it was always the same. 「I stayed 2 nights during the “once in a lifetime” snow storm and the entire city of Tallahassee shut down for several days. The hotel was clean, warm, and the bed was super comfortable. Free parking was a bonus and was well lit. Quick 15 minute drive to FSU. Plenty of places to eat with a Panera Bread right next door. There is a Target right across the street too. The staff that checked me in was friendly. The woman that checked me out was not nearly as nice and seemed irritated that I booked...

「Tha seat was excellent, clean room nice service. The only thing that was not clear was the breakfast, when i reserved the room the web site said incluid the breakfast, but was not true, if a want it I have to pay for it. That was the only thing not good 🙁」
