「I loved this property. But I am a fit person. I take stairs and exercise regularly. So I had great experience. Not so much my unfit boyfriend and my unfit mom! But I am glad I booked that hotel with a bunch of stairs. It made them climb them up and down. So it was a great exercise for them. If you are afraid that you won’t be able to drag bags up and down. Don’t worry the stuff of the hotel will help you. They are so nice. Take your unfit relatives there and leave them for the whole stay....

「The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia 」

「非常推薦！酒店方面可以幫忙預定各種tour還有機場shuttle bus 而且價格也很優惠，出發前跟他們確認就可以了。房間很大住的很舒適，還有酒店位置基本不需要爬斜坡。早餐很豐富也很好吃😋住了三天 很幸運三天都看到了熱氣球❤️酒店裡的每個人都非常友善 也見到了傳說中會講一點中文的小哥 他本人很有趣很愛開玩笑😆謝謝他們讓我們有一個非常好也非常難忘的住宿體驗。」
