「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit.
