「Personal service excellent. Our flight was delayed and we were late checking in. The night porter was very welcoming, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Very friendly staff. Parking at door, very easy. Whilst we didn't use it, the train station is a few minutes walk away which takes you into town quickly. Lovely city park in front of hotel and at top of adjoining road. Breakfast very good also. Lovely relaxing bar onsite. Just one thing to improve, shower was over bath and...

「When we arrived by taxi we found the lobby adorably decorated for the season. We both said it was very cute. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family and they were just an easy 5 minute walk. The room was comfy and everything we needed, except for wash clothes which don't seem to be a thing in Europe, but we had brought our own. Be aware there is no lift and our room was on the 2nd floor. So if you can't handle steps request a 1st floor room. We arrived several hours early....
