「Fantastic hotel, have stayed here many times before and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is excellent quality and great value for money. The only slight negative on this trip was that the room was cold, and no matter what I did to try and change the temperature it didn’t get any warmer. Other than that it was a great stay.」

「The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.」

「The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming and check in/out was simple and easy. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, choice of pillows with extras in the wardrobe and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room before check out in the morning. The only tiny problem that we had was that the car parking app didn't work; but the machine outside did, and the discount code to reduce parking to £8 for 24 hours was appreciated!」

「The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

「The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future.」
