「While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. 「Convenient for the airport. Rooms were nice and facilities ( pool and gym). However, the gym air con was not on high enough and therefore too hot, there was no water in the gym in the morning, there were no towels in the pool showers and generally the service to get drinks outside was slow. 」

「Always a fantastic time at the SLS Baha Mar. Stayed in the suite and love it. Only issue is the place is so busy during high season (Jan-Apr), that even getting restaurant reservations and pool chair reservations is almost impossible. Its no longer the hidden gem it used to be. 」

「I think this might be my new favorite place. It was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, with so many seating options. I stayed at one of the beds with matrassen overlooking the ocean, reading my books. All day long. The lagoon was beautiful as well and I didn’t go in the pool but it’s great it’s there. 「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」
