「While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...

「We went to Sandyport during spring break week and worried about crowded beaches but it was amazing! A shallow lagoon beach and private ocean beach, both lovely and not crowded at all! Each spot had chairs, umbrellas and hammocks and some easy food options. In the evening we could walk around the adjacent marina village and get yummy casual meals. A very easy and relaxing trip!」
