"We chose to upgrade our room to ocean view on arrival. The sofa in our room was very worn and in need of repair, the bed wasn’t comfortable. The view was very good and the room was clean. The pool area was very nice and the waitstaff were very good. The on site restaurant Don Rico’s food was good but the staff were exceptional! The valet and bell service was excellent. "

"Very friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. Just would suggest to maybe add something to help prevent dampness in rooms, which is common as it is on the beach. Other than that, excellent place."

"We got in late Wednesday night after a delayed flight in Orlando. The doors were locked, but we were let in right away for a seamless check in. Upon arriving to our room, we were greeted to a giant roach-like bug in the entry way. When we called the front desk, we were told that there was nobody on site that was able to help us and to just kill it and someone would come by in the morning. Nobody did. However, our service did increase. We were constantly check in on. The service at the Tiki Hut...
