「This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool. 」

「We booked last minute but they were very professional, nice and welcoming. The water pressure was amazing! The room was spotless and we like the bed; it was hard but comfortable and the pillows were in good condition. Breakfast was so-so. The protein was hash, not really our jam, but it is what it is for a decent priced room. Also, pool was small and underwhelming 」
