Absolutely god awful experience. I booked the room obviously through Expedia. They claimed Expedia lied about having a King Size room available. Said they would upgrade my room. After checking in, I go to my room , to find that not only did they NOT upgrade me, they down graded me to a double bed room with view of construction. Instead of what I thought would have a balcony. They didnt even have trash bags in the room or a microwave. Apparently people used to steal the microwaves, so they make you request a microwave if needed. Which I was not told until after I checked out. But after checking in last night, I then realized after checking my bank account, I was charged AGAIN from the actual hotel. For a double bed room. Which of course was over $60 more than the king room I booked through Expedia. I brought it to the hotels attention, was completely blown off at first. And treated like an idiot. Finally got it taken care of, what I thought. The money was immediately refunded back in my account. Then after checking out today, I looked at my account, to find I was obviously charged from Expedia $259 (no problem at all there), AGAIN the $322, and for whatever reason $242 from the hotel also. After going back and forth all afternoon, they reached out, said they refunded my money. Still have yet to get it. They said it will take a few days for the bank. But it was an immediate refund last night. they say they reached out to yall about refunding my actual stay also.We shall see.
