"The property is very beautiful and unique..as is the area..did not like paying for coffee pods in the room or paying a fee nightly for the key to lock the safe in the room...also annoying woman in fabulous moody bar who was conducting her business .show off and very loud..she did move to dining room when I asked her to pls lower her voice ..the reception staff and all else were fabulous.."

"I found the service to be inconsistant. For e.g., one person at registration was brash and unhelpful while another person later was very helpful. I requested a tea kettle three times but it never came. One day when I returned to my room at 2:30 it was not made-up so needed to request service, while other days it was made up promptly. Also, on different days I was left a different array of towels. But all in all, I had a very nice stay there. "

"A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay. "
