「We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. 「This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...
