"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. "The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "

"First time in india and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Super clean and polite staff. Great breakfeast. I ended up losing my phone in a rickshaw while I traveling around mumbai, one of the staff members stayed up late trying to call my phone. While I wasn't able to find my phone, the care that was taken for me was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in mumbai."

"Stay was amazing and staff was ready to help. May be they had a someone who was in the training phase as that person was not sure about the WiFi access and on how to access some of in room facilities. But other staff member was able to help me with that so no complaints. Over all the stay was good and hotel, restaurant and the amenities were 4+ star rated."

"Fantastic hotel. an amazing experience The only negatives are;- music in the club lounge is terrible. needs to be changed to either Indian or something more contemporary. The same dog that barks incessantly every night from around 2am needs to be chased away."
