「The main house with the pub and restaurant is beautiful. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The lodges are lovely but are up a dirt track that is not brilliant in the bad weather. You cannot leave your car near the lodge either and so walking up and down to the car park and restaurant is a challenge on the mud track and there is no lighting either. The main building does not open until 8:30 am so staying here on business trips is not feasible either. Food was delicious and service excellent. 」

「This is the second time we’ve stayed and both times have been really good. George is a lovely host, the food is superb and the accommodation of a high standard. There are nice touches such as fresh milk and home made flapjacks in the room. 」

「It was clean and tidy to expectations for pub accommodation. Large freshly carpeted room. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were as advertised one of the best I've had. The village is delightful.」

「We needed a place to stay while visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or more welcoming hosts! Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! 「Lovely location. Good parking for car. Big house near farms. Host welcoming. The breakfast was good and room very comfortable. The only downside was the smell of damp dog that permeated throughout the house. We kept the bedroom windows opened all the time. 」

「Such a warm and friendly welcome for a solo traveler. Shown to my room which had great facilities if you require disabled facilities. Explained the key requirements for room access. The room was comfortable and extra heaters provided for a warm and cosy stay in such an old beautiful building. 「Great accommodation, very clean and well equipped 😊 Our hostess Jane was lovely. This was ideal for our weekend in and around Ludlow. Would definitely recommend annd return. Only slight drawback, is that there is no on site parking if this is very important for you. But there is cheap parking only a couple of minutes away. It was not a problem for us. 」

「I think the property is in excellent condition and the location is perfect, there is only one small problem the mattress will need changing soon but i would stay there again but for longer, i would recomend it to anyone including my friends and family 」

「We had a lovely stay in Ludlow, bed really comfortable and nice size rooms. Breakfast was great, may I suggest adding coat hooks to the back of the door so you can hang your jackets somewhere. 」
