「These exterior of the hotel was very clean the lobby way and entranceway were very clean. Check in staff was very courteous. When we opened our room, the bathroom door and frame of the bathroom door was in very poor condition. It worked, but it had scraped up flaking paint it was not Presentable. When I laid my overnight case and set it down on the bed, I noticed the very small hole in the middle of the bed cover. Nothing about that kept us from having an OK stay, but it was just a little bit....

「原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。」
