「I only stayed for two nights and for two reasons.Reason one was to attend the 70th b'day of an old mate from our College days back in the late 1970's, the 2nd was to ride the Northern Rivers Rail Trail from Casino to Lismore over 2 days. 「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」
