「The hotel staff brilliant in reception and bar. I chose hotel for location and the Spa looked amazing online. I arrived late and was disappointed that the Spa closed at 7pm and reopens 9am so didn’t get to use it. The reception kindly opened gym for me but couldn’t use the fantastic Spa. The GYM is being renovated and has signs advertising this so that was fine it looked tired, however no wipes or towels to clean down equipment. I had to ask for iron as none in the room and again reception...

「The majority of the place was amazing. The restaurant at the bottom, Mappas, was not. The food was ok, but a lot of times when we ordered room service it was cold. When we went to the restaurant we weren’t even offered water without having to ask for it. That part has room for improvement. Everything else about the hotel was pretty amazing. 」

「Lovely staff. I did not have a view from the window but had good sun light coming in to the room. The rooms were maintained well and got everything needed. There was no desk or table so if you are traveling for work this might be a challenge 」

「The staff at this hotel are amazing, in particular Beatrice who is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms. Breakfast is fantastic. Excellent location handy for the airport via Dublin tunnel and the port (10mins away). Handy for city centre, if you need to take the car or great public transport links. Close to Sandymount Green and short walk to the The Strand.」

「Room was spacious and very clean. Tasty breakfast and you will experience the enthusiasm of all staffs. The Lockside restaurant bar was excellent in service and tasty food and drink. Good atmosphere for visitors relaxing after day out. The hotel was located 15 minutes walk to most attractions.」
