"Had a lovely stay . Had some issues with our booking , we booked a room with a queen bed and single bed but forgot to include our 2 15 year olds in our booking . On contacting Expedia they requested cancellation and re booking instead of just including them in the booking . The price had changed significantly. It was quite annoying and took us 2 hours to sort , in the end the hotel itself kindly looked after us and not Expedia ."

We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! "Stayed 5 days after Christmas and over New Year holiday. Everything was top notch. Room was a bit on smaller side, but appointments and cleanliness were exceptional. Excellent friendly service. Neat to stay in such a historical building. The breakfast each morning was spectacular. Beds are luxurious.
