「Clean and friendly staff, always coffee and tea available at front desk, easy drive off the highway, pool area was clean and well lit」

「We had a great time, the kitchen suit worked perfectly. I wish the TV worked better, it was hard to change the channels using the remote and there was no guide details and the network information did not line up with the channels.」

「Check-in was super easy and the front desk attendant was able to provide us with early check-in so that we could get ready for a wedding. The lobby was clean and it looked like they had a great little breakfast area for the mornings. Conveniently located right off the highway for easy access.」

「The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked...

「Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement.」
