「Staff are great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good but weird I have to ask for drinks. Not an issue though. 「The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.」
