「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「My husband and I, along with two other couples, stayed at the Benjamin hotel this weekend. It was absolutely gorgeous! Spacious and VERY clean rooms. The boutique style rooms were decorated perfectly and provided many more amenities and than your average hotel. Highly recommended!!! 」

「Longhouse manor has always been clean when staying there . Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. A few things in room could use updating (tv and ceiling fans ) and some doors don’t lock properly . All and all we love staying there. 」

「This was our second stay here and will definitely return. The rooms are so quaint and charming not to mention spotless. Love the old magazines and books in the room. Nice deck with a view of the lake. There are only a few rooms here, maybe 9 or 10. 」

「The room was older than expected, but very clean and had a cozy, homey feel to it. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the view of the lake resulted in a gorgeous sunrise.」

「Beautiful room and home, very clean!! Loved the amenities too. Amazing bathroom. Only issue was that the walls were very thin and we could hear everything other guests were doing. Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. Perfect for a quiet getaway but bring earplugs just in case there’s a snorer in the next room.」
