「Really like this hotel! The location is excellent- linked directly to Raffles City shopping centre, which is just right at the exit of City Hall station. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, service from staff is satisfying. Nothing to criticise overall. Will definitely stay again next time visiting SG!!!」

「All good except air conditioning too cool」

「The room is spacious and the swimming pool is great. However the swimming pool occasionally have no life guards in opening hours. Also, the equipment in the room is a bit old , sometimes have somelight flashing and the water drainage is quite slow. But overall is a very pleasant stay with very conveninet location. 」

「整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。 浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。 服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。 另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。」
