Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere. 」

「A.THE GOOD 1.I stayed here in February and was very unsatisfied with overall service quality. But this time around, I was very impressed with how much the hotel has progressed with its overall service: checking is faster and the staff friendlier and better trained, they do a better job at ensuring that rooms have everything needed and they are more reactive when the customer asks something( e.g extra towel, a spoon etc...). Talking about reactivity when a customer needs something, i would like...

「We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. 」
