「My husband and I had a fabulous night at Daltons on Banana Island! The boat that ferried us across was complimentary and while the waters were choppy, we felt perfectly safe. Dress appropriately as your clothing will likely get wet! Daltons is rustic and simple. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. The meals were simple but tasty. 「I travel a lot for business but this little Gem in the heart of Freetown is absolutely perfect. The staff is well trained, polite and very thoughtful to everyone needs. Never stayed in a hotel where the housekeeping is so on point. JUST LOVE IT」

「Afgeleefd hotel; voorzieningen matig tot slecht. Geen elektriciteit , geen WiFi dus en zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Op de kamer dus ook geen airco en dat is wel n hele overgang. Prijs/kwaliteit volledig uit balans. €40 zou al genoeg moeten zijn.」

「One of the better places in Freetown. Staff are lovely but not the best. I cant blame them for this as conditions in Sierra Leone have been difficult for 30 years and education is not easy. The owner and manager are very nice and help as much as they can. You must have some understanding when travelling to countries that arent famous tourist resorts. Be tolerant with the staff. 」
