「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「Great family rental for skiing at Northstar. The shuttles were prompt, the facilities were amazing and the service is fantastic. 」

「I loved the convenience to ski resorts and the lake. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything around. The breakfast was nice and unexpected, but this is definitely an older hotel with minimal updates. Still, with location we would stay again. 」

「適合單人居住，便宜，共用浴室，但是很乾淨，床很舒服，有其他室友同屋有個方便的廚房，可以自己帶食物去烹飪交誼廳的L型沙發是我喜歡的那種，很舒服員工友善就是有點偏遠，但是週末很便宜」

「Our hosts Nina & Jim were warm and welcoming. The Inn is a picture perfect mountain retreat. Our room was wonderfully appointed, a great Franklin stove, super comfortable bed, very cozy. The breakfast was healthy- the overnight oats - Yummy, homemade banana bread - outstanding, high tech coffee machine to more than satisfy the coffee aficionado and the hot chocolate - Lucious. If you’re going to Donner Lake, your first choice should be the Donner Lake Inn…!!」

「Booked last minute when unable to go to Tahoe due to road conditions. Great hotel, friendly service, good breakfast included. Bedding could be updated but overall worked well for us and walked to Italian restaurant that was delish.」
