「Food quality did not match the rest of the hotel and was sub standard. This was a shame as everything else was great. Managemt really needs to address this as after an initial bad meal and average breakfast we ate outside of the hotel and found much better restaurants.」

「An impressive hotel with very polite staff. The room was a decent size. The bistro was fully booked for dinner but breakfast was very nice. We would stay again」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
