「Accueil attentionné et efficace. localisation un peu excentré ( 14 mn de taxi ou rickshaw de la station de bus ) mais c’est la rançon d’une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. L’hôtel tout habillé de bois et pierre est agencé de façon contemporaine avec goût. La restauration est de qualité,orchestrée par un chef sympathique. La chambre était vaste et très confortable avec évidemment une vue merveilleuse. Un hôtel qui a de la classe ! 」

Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay.」

「You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. There is also a menu for ordering other food instead (which is where most of the non-indian food is). The rooms are very nice. We did not choose the hot tub option. We got a large balcony amongst...

「The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

「We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. Arya was invaluable in making recommendations for us, answering our questions, and was a kind, gracious host! Mr. Mount was excellent driver and a true gentleman! We look forward to our next stay!」
