The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. 「Lovely and luxurious stay. Some areas can be looked more carefully like gym had limited water and no phone so one can call up for. Sauna shower wasn’t functioning properly. But otherwise property is lovely and staff is very nice. Joman and sifa took extra care of us 」

As we were hoping to do bird photography and didn’t see many birds amongst the tall trees so we were a little disappointed. 「Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.」

The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. 」
