「The hotel was in a beautiful location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the pools really lovely (could do with being a bit warmer though). The hotel is however badly let down by having too many guests, terrible lighting in the communal areas where evening entertainment takes place (please dim the lights!!).
