"This was my first stay in Punta Cana and I loved it. The property staff were helpful and attentive. There was a language barrier, but overall the property was amazing. Rafael and Maya from concierge were extremely helpful. The only downside of the property was the mosquitoes in the room. I kept getting bit, but that did not change my experience. I will definitely be back."

"The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Hard to get the WiFi right. Couldn’t understand which to use. They give you a page with 10 choices and say good luck! The AC is hard to notice. Septic systems smell poorly but that’s many places. "

"Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. It's right on the beach, easy parking in front. Very central, short walk to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet but you also have a kitchen. "This was a great choice for me and my family. This property is a private, exclusive golf club which makes it very safe. There are multiple check points to pass through and security guards patrolling the area at night. You will need transportation to get to the nearest town to do some exploring, restaurants and excursions but that was ok with me. I did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Sosua or Cabarete. You can always get a cab if you don’t have a car. We arrived three hours before...

"Overall, the stay was wonderful. Our apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen was close to the beach (abt 50 mtrs). The area is very safe, walkable, nearby supermarket, plenty of restaurants. The apartment was neat, perhaps newly constructed. The window in one of the bathrooms had transparent glass and we covered it with towel. We reported to the property, hopefully they will fix it. There is an ATM closeby where I used my US bank card, but use it only in the extreme cases. Best is to carry enough...

"We booked an adult only rooftop with Expedia. When we arrived Majestic Mirage said that Expedia sent it over as family. There was nothing they could do about it. So we were in the family section with children for our room."

"Lady at the front desk was very accommodating! She was always professional and smiling! My name is KB FABULOUS and all the staff were amazing! I was in room 2103! I lost my phone and a couple of amazing drivers of the transport vehicles turn my phone into the lost and found! This was my very first international trip out of the United States from the state of Alaska! I really enjoyed myself and would recommend this hotel and resort to others when visiting DR! Also Christopher one of the transport drivers was very friendly and helpful! Christopher is amazing at his job! And Christopher has excellent customer service skills! Lady and Christopher should be recognized for their hard work! KB FABULOUS/ALASKA ROOM 2103 Thanks!"

"Overall it was an awesome experience! Check-in was a bit of a mess (took us 1.5 hours to get our room situation figured out) but otherwise we had a great stay! Food was yummy (especially the Teppanyaki place), staff was always eager to help, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the rooms had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
