「The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. Unacceptable!」

「Only thing I would like to see different is make the beds and pillows more comfortable. All pillows were flat and the mattress was hard. Mattress toppers would be excellent if added. I woke up hurting. 」

「We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia...

「This was a great economical spot for a quick nights stay on a road trip. Room was clean, I like the old motor lodges where you can park directly in front of the room. It’s definitely not a resort so don’t expect high end, but it was perfect for my needs. Cool Route 66 and local history museum about a mile up the road and plenty of fast food options. And a grocery store nearby」
