「The first room we were put in the bathroom door was gone. Hinges were the but no door. It was a handicap room though. Maybe they took it off for that reason. However, it had a tub that wouldn’t have worked for handicapped persons. When we went to shower there was no hot water at all in that room and the little refrigerator was broken. The staff was wonderful trying to get us a different room but they had to call the management and I got the feeling the management was resistant and didn’t...

「We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation.
