「Great location for disneyland (walkable in about 25 mins, or public bus right outside). Amazing bakery next door as well as pizza takeaway and little convenience shop just round the corner (same block). Free parking, lobely modern entrance l. Clean, welcoming and friendly. We didnt opt for housekeeping (paid extra is only staying a few nights I think), however had no problem getting extra toilet roll when needed, we just asked the housekeeping team when we saw them. 「位置相當好，到景點都步行可到，大廳也都備有咖啡機自行取用，房間也還算大，在這一區來說算很好，但是房間內設施算是有點老舊，但還可以接受，還有因為短期住宿沒提供打掃可以，但垃圾也沒辦法丟就有點不方便，因為有附廚房會偶爾開火煮東西，可是垃圾沒地方丟就有點不方便」

「I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris 」

「1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。」

「房間很新很乾淨,空間大,空調也夠涼.我們的房間面對鐵軌,但噪音不大,沒有太大影響.飯店在火車RER的Rosa park站旁邊,走路兩分鐘,到巴黎東站和北站分別為一站到兩站.但去的時候巴黎北站的RER E線在維修,本來想藉由RER往返機場就很不順利.進入市區後來還是比較常搭捷運M 7線,捷運站離飯店不到10分鐘,沿路有多家超市和餐廳.雖然飯店不在市中心,但還算方便.」

「房間很大很乾淨最有特色的地方就是還有附設迷你廚房還有提供碗，餐具...等等想自己煮東西直接到附近的超市買些菜或微波食品回來用非常的方便又省錢而且飯店靠近郊區所以跟市區的飯店比起來便宜很多搭T7下車只要走大概4分鐘左右就能到飯店而且要去奧利機場也是搭T7就能到達~交通上也很便利不過缺點就是沒有提供吹風機還有衛生紙只有廁所裡有房間桌上附近沒有放置比較不方便以外其他地方都很滿意~」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「喜歡的部份：1.房間有陽台，有廚房和廚具。2.附近有自助洗衣店。3.出門就是公車站，走不遠就是RER站。4.晚班的服務人員友善。不喜歡的部份：1.沒有冷氣或電扇，剛好遇到熱浪，真的很不舒服，太熱了！2.對面餐廳營業晚，真的很吵，晚上有很多飆車族，很難入睡！3.入住付房費時，服務人員找錯錢，讓人感覺有些故意。」

「Location was good and stay was excellent overall. No shower gel and shampoo provided, area around the luggage room had a terrible smell. Despite this, apartment itself was wonderful and location perfect. We had a great stay, my 10 year old loved opening the windows every day to the sight of the Eiffel tower. Would definitely stay again. 」

CP值高但過於著重環保的飯店

"缺點：因為著重環保省水，淋浴蓮蓬頭每十秒就要重新按壓開關，不僅如此水量小得不得了，洗澡像是沒洗的樣子！房間內暖氣幾乎沒有運作，洗完澡大人小孩都冷到發抖，晚上睡覺還要包緊緊才保暖！優點：四人房空間大，三個大行李箱都能打開，旅館地點靠近地鐵方便，二樓餐廳輕食好吃！"
