「During my stay, I was first welcomed with a warm greeting at the check-in desk. Upon receiving my keys (to the second floor), I entered my room and immediately noticed a small bug (roach) on the bathroom counter. After further inspection, there was hair from the previous guest in the shower along with another dead bug and the running water was brown.
