「Very clean but staff needs to be more professional and nice , they all sucked but the lady that prepares the breakfast . I was not greeted when we walked in , had an issue with the reception lady to the point she did not even give us the bag with the bottles of water so we had to drink faucet water to takes our meds , I wish the hotel could check the cameras to see her very demeanor performance. 」

「The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.」

「The front desk staff was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 night and so no housekeeping staff , the bedding did not get changes, no new towels.Upon checkout I did notify staff it was noted that she would try to get me points gor the inconvenience 」
