「Everything was perfect from the tremendously helpful staff mostly the manager Marcella WOW what a service. Very good breakfast super clean rooms and an EXCELLENT restaurant!!! Keep in mind my wife and I travel all over the world….this is NOT a 2 star hotel its 3 to 3.5 stars.」

「La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure promise. Le lit était cassé et nous avons dû attendre 18h que le lit soit réparé pour pouvoir y accéder. La direction m’a promis un dédommagement de 10% que je n’ai pas reçu. J’aimerais être remboursé de 20 % du montant pour ces désagréments. Merci. 」

「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」
