「The hotel looked like a museum with all of the statues, incredible chandeliers, mosaic tile floors and artwork lining the hallways. I love how the hotel was very historic but the spa was very contemporary. The room was good for sleeping, dark and quiet, although the pillows were not great and the mattress was harder than I find comfortable. Wonderful amenities and location. Truly the grandest of the hotels along the lake.」

「This is very much out of the way. The car park to the front of the property feels like you are part of the conversation on the outside from inside your room. Perhaps much much better double glazing would help. The digital access system is very useful but due to the heavy locks etc you definitely know when someone has entered or left the building. Maybe some door closures would cushion the sound. The neighbouring property has steel ornate gates. Again perhaps some sort of rubber cushion on the...
