「Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.」

「The apartment was dirty. The check-in was difficult as the contact did not answer the phone until the third try. Communication with him was sporadic and unhelpful. The villa was not what we expected. The outdoor furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. We would not recommend this accommodation and will not stay there again.」
