「The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out...

「Room was great, service friendly and helpful. We arrived during a snow storm and parking was easy and snow was shoveled and ground throughly salted which was much appreciated. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was lackluster and just like you’d get at a Hampton inn. We are also disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner Sunday night. 」

「Our room was really fine; spacious and comfortable. Our surprise was that, while we made our reservations on Hotels.com, the pet fee was hard to notice, and we were stunned when we arrived to see that we were charged $150 for 1 night of having a 15 lb. hypo-allergenic dog. We definitely would not have booked the Residence Inn had we been aware of that. Also, the coffee station coffee was all lukewarm, and the hot water urn was clearly not a dedicated urn for hot water; the tea tasted as much...
