「overall, the hotel was clean and friendly staff. However, I think it’s a bit overpriced. The spa is not on site, we had to drive 3 minutes to get to it (or walk 15 mins). Also the breakfast wasn’t the best, it was just fine. My expectations sadly weren’t met, but maybe they were too high because of the price we paid. 」

「The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out...

「Would highly recommend this place, lovely rooms and a short walk to town. I would ask the cleaners to pay more attention though, the cabinets were dirty and there were stuff in the dishwasher from previous guests.」
