An excellent Thai style high end resort, with breathtaking swimming pool by the river of Chiangmai. Enjoy morning buffet with sunrise, bird chirping and quietly passing by local fishermen in traditional fishing boat. Quiet and peaceful. The spa services at this hotel were exceptional and extremely reasonably priced. My 2 1/2 hour treatment was the best service I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. The hospitality of everyone on the property was exceptional. The WiFi was a bit spotty yet who cares when you’re enjoying the beautiful setting. My only feedback was I ate dinner there twice which was good yet the piano player was a bit much for the setting…kind of loud and just not great. Something more low key perhaps an acoustic guitar player would more appealing be divine and I think people would be more drawn to the atmosphere.

There were countless clothes moth in our room, more than 10 in the bathroom and more inside the bedroom. The toilet flush was broken. towels were old and yellowish. Pillow case had hair on it. There was cosmetics stain on the blanket case and small bugs inside the blanket, doubt if they were thoroughly cleaned. As a whole, the hotel is not well maintained and overrated. Will definitely not visit again.
