"Lovely room and view; I am a loyal guest of almost 30 years and I appreciated the upgrade without even having to ask! The staff here are always so kind and thoughtful and it's nice to stay a bit out of town but still right between Bend and the hill. Plan to return!"

"The location for walking downtown is excellent, the hotel was quiet, comfortable beds, staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the shower floor looked old and cheap, and was a bit stained, as was the tile grout on the lower portions of shower tile. Otherwise, everything was very clean and tidy."
