「Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.」

「Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Great location and for the size of the place not...

「Had a lovely 1 night stay at this hotel with my daughter when visiting friends. Hotel was very clean, perfectly situated for exploring the area, staff were so welcoming and friendly (we especially loved Ruby the dog at breakfast) We would like to return in summer for a longer stay.」

「We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and warm, and the staff were happy and friendly. Breakfast was particularly well cooked with good quality ingredients. Very good value for money. 」

「Stayed two nights, friendly pub with good food . Staff were great, location fabulous. Rooms were clean and good shower, mattress a little lumpy but overall great value for money would definitely use again. 」

「Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time 」
